Throwing and Catching - Handball

This was the first lesson of four taught by me and a classmate at Carrigan Intermediate School in West Haven, Connecticut. At the time of writing the lesson we did not know much about the students or their ability levels. We tried to plan the lesson to start very easy, with the option to get more advanced once we learned more about our students.
